- Assist all of our deserving veterans and their immediate family members transition back into today’s US society
- Find and rescue veterans and their families in crisis
- Providing them with temporary shelter to meet their immediate needs
- Support them through their transition towards a new sustainable and permanent independence
- Help facilitate their personal growth by enhancing their true social, physical, psychological, economic and/or spiritual needs
The operation will include direct and indirect avenues of support, assistance and guidance through a caring staff, volunteers and likeminded, veteran focused affiliated organizations.

Dan Broihan - Operations / Marketing
Mr. Broihan currently serves as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board for Operation: Come H.O.M.E. as he continues as Sales Director for ATN Hoelzel LP. Prior to starting Operation: Come H.O.M.E. Dan was acting General Manager ISRA Vision Systems, Vice President Sales and Operations at United Robotics – Macomb, MI as well as Business Development Manager at Perceptron – Plymouth, MI.
Mark Wiedelman - Philanthropy / Housing / Finance
Mr. Wiedelman serves as Operation: Come H.O.M.E. Board Treasurer and is the founding partner of St. James Capital, now Pillar Capital Finance LLC, and affiliate of Guggenheim Partners, LLC specializing in multi-family rental housing. Mr. Wiedelman has originated and closed over $450 Million in financings with over $350 Million of FHA insured multifamily transactions, serves or has served as President, Board Member, Consultant, and Agent for the several for and non-profit groups including; Springhill Housing Corporation, ARC (Association of Retarded Citizens) of Oakland County as well as Michigan Housing Council and CHN (Community Housing Network).
Frank Mistretta - Operations / Human Resources
Mr. Mistretta serves as Operation: Come H.O.M.E. Board Secretary. He retired from DuPont as Human Resource Manager, hiring over 400 hourly and salaried workers after being promoted from Employee Relations Supervisor after DuPont’s acquisition of some key Ford Motor Company’s plants. Prior to working at DuPont and Ford, Mr. Mistretta had a successful Army career as a Staff Sergeant / Drill Instructor. Frank currently serves as a Deacon and Elder at Lakeside Assembly of God Church. He has attended numerous missions’ trips including Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, Argentina, New Orleans and North Dakota.
Paul LaFrance - Philanthropy / Entrepreneural Business
Mr. LaFrance is the Owner & General Manager of three Express Employment Professionals - Staffing, Recruitment, and Regional Franchise Development businesses in the Michigan. He has over 20 years of professional and executive level experience in a variety of positions and industries including Director; Regional Manager; National Accounts Manager for PPG Industries. Mr. LaFrance regularly supports emerging non-profit companies, providing the needed guidance and resources required for a successful launch and growth phase.
Harry Rittenour - Military / Business Leadership (Corporate Development)
Mr. Rittenour has served as Sr. Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer of Perceptron from May 2001 to January 2013. Prior to joining Perceptron, Mr. Rittenour was the Branch Director, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations in Washington, D.C. retiring from the U.S. Navy in 1997 as Rear Admiral after 28 years of service. His carrier included combat tours in Vietnam and the Persian Gulf, captaining the USS Enterprise and serving on the Pentagon's Joint Staff, receiving a letter of appreciation from President George H. W. Bush for his work on a chemical weapons treaty ban. He currently provides executive consulting and coaching services to small companies.
Terry Denmark - Financial / Non-profit
Mr. Denmark is a Board Adviser for Operation: Come H.O.M.E. assisting the organization in financial and non-profit issues and concerns. Terry currently serves as the Business Administrator - Power Company Kids Club - Pontiac, MI, a highly successful tax-deductible non-profit that is committed to equipping the children of inner-cities to become leaders of the next generation. He previously presided as Missions Director – Lakeside Assembly of God - Shelby Township, MI and is a former credit union Chief Executive Officer in Dearborn, MI as well as having served in the U.S. Air Force.
